It all began when someone left the window open. It was a week before Christmas break. When snuck into the house and stole the lock on the kid’s bedroom window, family pictures, and put in security cameras. Next the parents get a call that the restaurant is in turmoil, so the fly down without the kid. After they leave, the kid gets a call, “Can we talk to your parents.” Later that day, there was a break in down the street when a group of tenth graders impersonated cops. While the kid went down to investigate someone in a ski mask went into his house and hid under his bed. When he came back and turned the news on he heard that there were random gunshots, but nobody was hurt. There was another phone call, and nobody answers because the power went out. After five minutes, the power came back on. After that, Johnny, the boy, went to bed. When he woke up, it was a pretty, bright, and sunny day. He went down stairs, made some pancakes, and turned on the news. He heard that there was a cross fire at a bank near their house, and $90,000 was stolen. Then a new neighbor moved into the neighborhood, and he never leaves his house. Then there was a phone call “I see you.” Then he hears a noise and since he was scared he called his friend and asked if he could come over. He went over and then at 8:30pm he had to go home and go to bed. When he woke up it seemed to be a normal, but when he looked out the window he saw a white van, and suddenly the power went out. After five minutes the power was back on, and notices that the window is open. He tried to shut it, but noticed that there was no window lock. He looked up and there, in his driveway, was the white van. Two people got out and went around the house. Suddenly, he heard a creak down the hall. Then it was silent, he heard faint whispering right outside his room. Then there was a call, “I see you.” There was a noise, the sound of a lock being locked from the outside. Again the power went out, and the phone went dead. Then the guy comes out from under the bed laughing. Then he takes out a gun puts a bag over his head. The power went back on and the phone started ringing. The guy took the bag off of his head and said, “Put it on speaker.” and the kid did as he was told. “We’re leaving the airport," the mom said, "and will be home in 45 minutes.” Then again, no more power. Then the guy gagged, taped his mouth shut, took him outside, and locked him in the back of the car. Inside the house, the men were breaking glass, and they took some of the mom’s jewelry.
Twenty minutes later the parents came home. The parents decided to call the police. Once the police came over and investigated, they found finger prints of one of the criminals on the Most Wanted list.
